Speciality Resources:

  1. These are suggestions we have for your child's specialty care.
  2. There are many other wonderful specialists in our area that may not be on this list.
  3. This list does NOT constitute as a referral.
  4. If you have and HMO- Sequoia Physicians Network (SPN) you MUST contact our office for the initial referral. All follow up referrals are done by the specialist. You may search the SPN website as well. www.sequoiadoctors.org   For SPN patients, they will generate a letter in the mail to your home with your authorization, then you may make your appointment with the specialist.
  5. If you have CIGNA HMO we will provide a written referral for you. Most times we can fax it to the specialist.
  6. There are no other insurance companies that we know of that require a referral.
  7. If you think your insurance company does require a referral form from our office, please contact us.
  8. It is always best to be safe than sorry.
